Please read this carefully and retain it for future reference. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the AKS Cashback Program (the "Program") and your use of the ScanPay debit card to make purchases on the AKS website (https://www.americankeysupply.com/).
Please read these Terms carefully before making purchases on the AKS website using the ScanPay debit card. By enrolling in the Program or making purchases on the AKS website using the ScanPay debit card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility:
To participate in the Program, you must meet the following eligibility requirements
- You must make purchases on the AKS website using the ScanPay debit card.
- You must be a new ScanPay user.
- The offer is valid for 12 months from the 17th of April 2023 or your signup date, whichever is later.
- This offer cannot be clubbed with any other promotions/offers.
Receiving AKS Cashback:
For every purchase you make on the AKS website using the ScanPay debit card, you will receive a 10% cashback, which will be paid into your ScanPay bank account at the end of every month. The maximum cashback amount is $200 per month, based on purchases of up to $2,000 per month. Cashback is not applicable if purchases amount of AKS exceed the amount of payments taken on ScanPay payments app.
Expiration:
The Program will automatically expire at the end of the 12-month period, which begins on the 17th of April 2023 or your signup date, whichever is later.
Unenrollment:
As a ScanPay user you agree to enroll into this program. To unenroll from the Program, please contact customer support at support@scanpay.tech
Data Use:
By participating in the Program, you agree to ScanPay's privacy policy, which can be found on the ScanPay website.
ScanPay may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on the website. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
ScanPay may end the Program at any time and without notice. In the event of such termination, any cashback earned but not yet paid will be forfeited.
