Please read this carefully and retain it for future reference. These terms and conditions (the "Terms") govern your participation in the AKS Cashback Program (the "Program") and your use of the ScanPay debit card to make purchases on the AKS website (https://www.americankeysupply.com/).
Please read these Terms carefully before making purchases on the AKS website using the ScanPay debit card. By enrolling in the Program or making purchases on the AKS website using the ScanPay debit card, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Eligibility:
To participate in the Program, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- This offer is exclusive to AKS customers; you must have come through them.
- You must be a new ScanPay user.
- The offer is valid for the first 3 months only, starting from March 2024.
- This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers.
Offer details:
- Eligible customers can use ScanPay with no transaction fees on up to $4k payment collected per month and a maximum of $12k in three months.
- Initially, you will be charged 2.5% for each transaction, you will receive a processing fee reversal at the end of every month for up to $4k and for a period of 3 months. (Please refer to the payment reversal details below.)
- The processing fee will be paid into your ScanPay bank account at the end of every month.
Unenrollment:
As a ScanPay user you agree to enroll into this program. To unenroll from the Program, please contact customer support at support@scanpay.tech
Data Use:
By participating in the Program, you agree to ScanPay's privacy policy, which can be found on the ScanPay website.
ScanPay may modify these Terms at any time by posting the modified Terms on the website. Your continued participation in the Program after the posting of the modified Terms constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
ScanPay may end the Program at any time and without notice. In the event of such termination, any cashback earned but not yet paid will be forfeited.
